Refund policy

if you are not fully satisfied with your piece of catherine cochran art, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of your order's arrival date. 

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and with tags.

return and exchange shipping are paid by the customer. 

damages and issues
please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
